Guy Poitiers-Lusignan was the constable of Cyprus from 1298. We know little about him.

He is my 17 x great-grandfather.

Guy Poitiers-Lusignan was born sometime between 1270 and 1272, maybe in Cyprus, son of Hugh III of Cyprus and Isabella of Ibelin1.

Titles

He became the Constable of Cyprus in 1289 and carried that title till death1.

He took the title of Lord of Beirut when he married Eschiva Ibelin, Lady of Beirut1.

Family

In 1291, Guy married the widower Eschiva Ibelin, Lady of Beirut1 2. They received papal dispensation from Pope Nicholas IV on 7 December 12911. Together they had two children1:

He died in 13001. It is not known where he died, what he died of or where his family buried him.
